By visiting or using the sites, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, you should not use the sites. The Tory Burch privacy policy also applies and is incorporated into these terms by reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you browse the sites, your activity is subject to intellectual property laws covering trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, and designs owned or registered by Tory Burch and its affiliates. You may not use Tory Burch trademarks or trade dress without prior written permission. This covers the Tory Burch and Tory Sport names and logos, the TT logos, the Miller Sandal trade dress, the Ruffle Sneaker trade dress, and other designs, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and product, service, and program names. Any other trademarks appearing on the sites belong to their respective owners, whether or not those owners are connected to Tory Burch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All designs, text, graphics, photographs, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations on the sites, including in related emails and marketing materials, along with the software used to create them, are owned or licensed by Tory Burch and protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws. You may copy or print material from the sites electronically only for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including linking to or framing the sites, requires prior written consent from Tory Burch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third-party or user-generated content posted on the sites does not constitute endorsement by Tory Burch, which is not responsible for claims, losses, injuries, privacy violations, damages, or wrongful death connected with such content. You may not use the sites or content for unlawful purposes, to solicit unlawful acts, to violate regulations or laws, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect or track others’ personal information, to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape, for obscene or immoral purposes, or to interfere with or circumvent security features. Tory Burch strives to keep the sites complete, accurate, and current, but human or technological errors may occur, including typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, omissions, and outdated pricing or availability information. You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the last good in an order of multiple goods delivered separately. To exercise this right, inform Tory Burch by an unequivocal statement, such as a letter, fax, or email, using the customer service contacts for the relevant country. You may use the model withdrawal form but are not required to. If you submit the form electronically, Tory Burch will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium. Sending your communication before the period expires is sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you withdraw, Tory Burch will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from being informed of your decision. Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction unless you agree otherwise, and you incur no fees. Tory Burch may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods back or you provide evidence of returning them, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The mobile message service is operated by Tory Burch, and using it means you agree to these mobile terms. Tory Burch may modify or cancel the service or its features without notice and may modify the terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance. By consenting to SMS or text messaging, you agree to receive recurring messages from Tory Burch through your wireless provider at the number you provided, even if registered on a Do Not Call list. Messages may use automatic dialing systems or other technology and may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers such as cart reminders. Signing up is not required to make purchases, and participation is voluntary. Tory Burch does not charge for the service, but you are responsible for charges from your wireless provider, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP or using an unsubscribe link, after which you receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you initiate them. For support, text HELP or email the privacy contact. Tory Burch may change short codes or numbers and will notify you, but messages sent to changed numbers may not be received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and you must provide a valid number, signing up again with a new number. To the extent permitted by law, Tory Burch is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery, errors in information, or actions taken in reliance on the service.
