Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are free of charge when made within 30 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. Final sale items, gift cards, and customized pieces are not eligible for return. If you are shopping from outside the country, including orders shipped to Puerto Rico, separate international return rules apply and should be reviewed before sending anything back.

Once your return arrives and is checked in, an email confirmation will be sent to you. From the date of that message, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as an eGift card, and your account may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to reflect the credit. For exchanges paid through PayPal, the values must match evenly, and any difference will need to be charged to a credit card. Exchanges cannot be processed for international orders.

If an item was originally purchased with a gift card, the refund will come back as an eGift card and will be emailed to you as soon as the return has been completed. To be eligible, full-price and sale items must be in their original condition with every tag attached, and they can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Worn, altered, or washed items are not accepted. Final sale merchandise, gift cards, and customized items are excluded entirely. Purchases made in a physical store cannot be returned or exchanged through the website, and items bought from a department store or any other retailer carrying the brand must go back to that same store. Outlet purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase, though clearance items and certain select styles are excluded. The company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.
