Standard shipping is complimentary for customers within the continental United States, and this benefit is applied automatically when you check out. Most orders are processed within one to two business days, although processing can take three to five business days during sale periods, special events, or holidays. Orders submitted before 2 PM Eastern Time from Monday through Friday, holidays excluded, are eligible to start processing the same day; anything placed later will begin processing on the following business day.
Several shipping speeds are available. Standard delivery is free and typically arrives in four to six business days, using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DoorDash, or Veho. Two Day shipping costs $20 and arrives in two business days via UPS, FedEx, or Veho. Next Day shipping costs $30 and arrives in one business day through UPS or FedEx. Shipping options can vary depending on the delivery address, and carrier delays are always possible.
For expedited orders, processing begins the same day when placed before 2 PM ET Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, while later orders move to the next business day. All expedited orders are processed within one business day after credit card verification. Deadline charts help customers plan: to receive a Two Day order by Wednesday, place it by 2 PM ET on Sunday; for a Tuesday arrival, order by Monday; for Thursday, order by Tuesday, and so on. Next Day deadlines follow a similar pattern, with orders placed by 2 PM ET on Sunday arriving Tuesday, Monday orders arriving Wednesday, and so forth.
Fragrance items are subject to shipping regulations and cannot be sent through expedited methods. They travel by ground separately from the rest of an order. Fragrance also cannot be shipped to international addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. P.O. boxes and military addresses of that type are not served at all. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii should choose Two Day or Next Day air service for faster delivery, though fragrance and pre-order items cannot be shipped to those states.
The U.S. website ships to 13 countries and territories, while Canadian customers should use the Canadian site for full details on international shipping. Orders totaling $750 or more require a signature at delivery. If a delivery is refused, the order returns to the distribution center and a refund is issued for the merchandise and tax paid, though shipping charges are not refundable.
